Carol Lepper

Director of Lean Operations, Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Midwestern Regional Medical Center

Ms. Lepper has over 25 years experience in healthcare. She has spent the last 20 years involved in Quality Management, Education, and hospital operations. For the past two years has been implementing the Toyota Production System model in healthcare. These principles have been applied through out the hospital with special teams focused on Pharmacy, Finance, Human Resources, Patient Oncology Clinic, Medical Records, Sales, Laboratory, Imaging and Materials Management.  

Ms. Lepper has presented at the Lean National Conferences and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.

Ms. Lepper received her BSN from Alverno College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
