Case Studies
One
of the primary purposes of the Process Excellence Council is the
exchange of knowledge and lessons learned. Council members
are invited to write case studies based on real experiences
improving process performance.
If you would
like to submit a case study, please send us
an email with an overview of your idea so it may be reviewed by
the executive committee for consideration.
Case
studies will begin to be published on this site during 2005.
